Hand and Stone

I had a membership at a different massage chain and have had such a more positive experience with Hand & Stone. There was nothing wrong with the other chain, but I had to cancel it when I moved away. After several years of not having a membership, I have been so pleased with Hand & Stone. It is super close to home and have only had positive experience with all employees.

The receptionist is very efficient and friendly and answered my questions and made my appointment quickly. Alex,my therapist,is very knowledgeable and has helped with my neck,shoulder and hip pain. I can tell he is very happy that he is able to help. He is very sincere.

I have been going to my massage therapist Carolina for over a year, her pressure is absolutely perfect and it is so relaxing to go see her! I worked this appointment in only a week after my last appointment because I had a very stressful week. She spent time to help me relax my tense muscles and showed concern for my well being. She is so genuine and kind. At the front reception I mentioned I had a tension headache and the staff were so helpful to choose add ons to my massage and address my concerns. They answered all my questions and were very kind and welcoming.
