It is about the massage therapist doing an excellent job on my problem areas. The reception area is not very welcoming.

Jose is a knowledgeable and professional therapist. He listened to my description of discomfort and proceeded to attend to those areas.

The Hand & Stone spa is reliably immaculate, receptionists are very friendly, therapists are approachable, skilled, and scheduling online is a straightforward process.

From the beginning with calling I was able to make an appointment for the same day. The receptionist explained how long the massage would take. The massage therapist explained after we were done that she recommended me to come back in two weeks because my shoulders need more work on them. She wants to get the kinks out and try the stone massage.
