Everyone at Hand and Stone was very nice. Very helpful answering all my questions. Very relaxing atmosphere.

No complaints. Therapist was attentive and conscientious and asked about my preferences and needs. Therapy room was clean and comfortable except for no mirror. I recommend Hand & Stone and the masseuse assigned to me.

I am always impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Nick has. He always listens and checks in regarding the pressure he is using. He always gives more time to the spots that I specfically ask about.

The services are incredibly professional and welcoming from the reception area to my massage therapist. My massage pit. Therapist knows exactly what my issues are, and is always very flexible about different needs and ensuring that he addresses those needs on each visit.

I had a membership at a different massage chain and have had such a more positive experience with Hand & Stone. There was nothing wrong with the other chain, but I had to cancel it when I moved away. After several years of not having a membership, I have been so pleased with Hand & Stone. It is super close to home and have only had positive experience with all employees.

The receptionist is very efficient and friendly and answered my questions and made my appointment quickly. Alex,my therapist,is very knowledgeable and has helped with my neck,shoulder and hip pain. I can tell he is very happy that he is able to help. He is very sincere.
