Friendly efficient and excellent firm pressure. Wesley listens and does what is needed. Megan is friendly and engaging. Eric is a great guy and friendly along with Natalie who is there occasionally. Simply the best place in Scottsdale

This was my first time to go to a Hand and Stone Spa. I was really enjoyed my experience from the minute I walked in until I walked out. My massage therapist really concentrated on my areas of tightness and made recommendations to me about how to alleviate some of my shoulder tightness as I was leaving.

This is an excellent Hand & Stone locations start to finish. THe front office staff are professional yet remember their long-time customers. My therapist, Don, is exceptional in his focus, address of problem areas, and overall a supportive friendly professional. Many Thanks.

I have not been able to come in for a few months so my facial was nuch needed! Ariel is always great and did the procedures I asked for with advise on maintenence. Megan is always warm and friendly and we are so happy Kim is back doing massages! I will book that with her soon and more facials with Ariel

They are always right on schedule. the atmosphere is relaxing. the service I received was great.

Hand and Stone doesn't excellent job but the receptionist which apparently is new was very polite very kind but she didn't mention anything about a $40 charge that just showed up on my account from my bank and like I said before if we aren't reminded that we're having an hour and a half massage if we're offered a product or not we need to make sure that that's clearly revealed by the person behind the desk that's how my $40 charge came up to be after I'm already paying a monthly fee so I was very not happy about that

I was dealing with a lot of muscle tension and soreness. It was affecting my daily life in that I was unable to do as much as I normally do because of pain. The massage helped immensely and I walked out of Hand and Stone feeling refreshed and pain-free.
