My experience at Hand and Stone was very pleasant. When I entered the building I was greeted warmly and the service was pleasant. The massage therapist, Anna, was wonderful. The ambiance was very pleasant and I was able to relax. I very much enjoyed the experience.

The spa is calm and nicely appointed. The welcome is warm and personal. The massage I received was excellent and the professional manner allowed me to relax and focus on healing. I will return here and enjoy this experience again.

First of all I have several health issues. One is my neuropathy in my feet. I am diabetic and the pain in my feet had been excruciating. Imagine stepping on shards of glass. Gina was very careful and by the time she was finished working on my feet, the nerves seemed to have healed themselves. As long as I see her once a month, I am basically pain free in my feet. The other issue is middle ear syndrome. Vertigo. Gina worked on my head and neck and the vertigo all but disappeared. She has magic in her hands. She knows exactly what pressure to use and where.

When you book online and you are a member the data does not synch. When I arrive I have to go through a re-entry of my booking every time. Massage therapists should leave 5 mins at the end of every massage to ask, what did I miss? Is there anything you need more of in the last 5 minutes?

The cleanliness of the place and the good treatment of the staff. I have tried massage in different places. This is my first experience with a hot stone massage. It is a wonderful experience.
