For my appointment I ended up going to the wrong location, the receptionist directed me to the correct office and even called them to tell them I was on my way. Upon entering the lobby, I was warmly greeted. For my Cyroslimming appt. I met with Lauren. I immediately felt comfortable with her. Lauren fully explained Cryoslimming and the process. My consultation turned into my first session and because I felt at ease and built trust with her I booked 6 sessions and became a member. I am very excited for this journey!

Whenever I go into this location I feel welcomed and the staff are extremely helpful. My esthetician provides me with different options to help improve the areas we are focusing on that session and answers any questions I may have. It really is a wonderful experience each time I go.
