The whole experience was great. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. Byron was excellent, very attentive and worked out the pressure points. Customer service at the front desk was welcoming and helpful in explaining the membership.

The service at this location is always excellent. My therapist is attentive to my needs. She is gentle and understands my needs in a massage.

Therapist concerned about problem areas and is focused on helping in that area.

I have been going to this Hand and Stone for multiple years and have had a great experience. Kayla is a FANTASTIC aesthetician and I would recommend her to anyone. The rest of the staff is always very friendly. The only time my skin has had any issue after a service, they went above and beyond to help me. The customer service was (and always is) wonderful!

I’m highly satisfied with my experience as a whole. From booking the appointment to getting my facial was a pleasure. My esthetician was very knowledgeable about skin care. I entered very dry and left with my skin super hydrated. Amazing service!

Hand and Stone provides an excellent service at a reasonable price that allows me to so some thing just for me! My experience with the estheticians has always been pleasant and their knowledge of skin care has helped me in maintaining my skin care between visits. The peaceful environment during my service gives me relief of my stressful job and I look forward to it every month.
