Jamie is an amazing asset to your team!! She is an expert with my skin and remembers everything from my previous appointments. She truly cares about her clients and the knowledge on all the products is so great. You can tell she studies ingredients and spends time learning because she is knowledgable and confident when coming up with recommendations. She isn't “salesy” although I've done more upgrades and product purchases with her compared to anyone! She's great! You are lucky to have her.

The therapists know and remember me. They know what I need work on and what areas are most important to concentrate on. Then they work those areas.
