My experience was really nice! I had a great massage and facial. The front desk attendant was super helpful and even got me an extra free massage.

Alicia is a fantastic therapist. She does allows you the opportunity to relax, by not trying to have conversation the entire time. My experience would be better if the waiting area was not at the reception desk and the hallways were less noisy. Massages and facials are a time for relaxing, not dealing with outside noise.

The therapist knew her technique. The therapist took care of my needs and the price was reasonable

Kaitlyn (sp?) is a great and experienced massage provider. She is very thorough in making sure that pressure is correct and addressing specific areas of need. Additionally, she is very pleasant and highly professional. I had a great massage experience with Kaitlyn.

I had gotten a text the night before stating that my appointment had been cancelled. Then the next morning I received a text and an email that my appointment was still there. I was so confused since I had called right after I received the text the night before to see if I could get another time. The person I talked to didn't say anything about whether or not it was cancelled or not. So I went to my appointment not thinking Of get a massage, but they were really nice and I was able to get a massage. It was very confusing.

Love the flavored water or tea I am given. And the massage was amazing helped me feel better. Made me relaxed and feel so much better

I would like lower lighting. I’m not happy with the price increase that will be coming.
