I am a long time client who comes on a regular basis. I don't think it is necessary to sign the same paperwork every single time I come. I get it, there is a button on the table if I need assistance. I don't need the talk and explanation every time.

The massage therapist, Brittaney was welcoming and asked key questions to ensure I had the best experience.

Massage therapist was responsive in focusing on the areas I wanted. When he found particular problem areas in my muscles, he let me know and worked on them. I felt really relaxed after my visit.

I have been a member since August 2016. I never thought I would remain a member for so long! I have enjoyed gifting some of my extra sessions and think they make a fabulous and practical gift! One size fits all, it won’t clutter your home and it makes you feel better! On the other hand, in the seven years I have been a member, I have never received an email from H&S reminding me of how many reward points I have or even how to use them - nor has any associate ever asked if I was familiar. At this point, I know only because I asked when checking out last week. Perhaps this sort of info is on the app (which I don’t have), but do I always need an app to get info?!

Doris was an amazing therapist. The woman at the front desk was excellent also. I will not be returning to this H&S until next summer since I will be out of state.

The technician was very knowledgeable. She saw what was causing the problem and recommended treatments that worked. She also recommended products that I should use that were sold in the drug store. She told me I was using the wrong stuff, a scrub, and should only use once a week.

Ever since the new manager, Alice, assumed responsibility of this location, everything about this Hand & Stone has been top knotch. From the front receptionist, the new check in procedure, the staff, it's so well organized and extremely customer-friendly. Alice and her assistant manager, Jade, have made such a positive impact on the operation of this location.

Diamond has a very good knowledge and has helped with my extreme dry nose area with her skills and knowledge

Clean, fast, and professional

The massage therapist is awesome. He always listens to the areas in which I state is a tense area and he works on that. I can also tell that he finds areas of stress within my body and works it out.
