Kinley is amazing and so glad he joined this location!!! He listened and worked on what I asked. The hot wash cloth given at the end is appreciated however, this time it was overly wet, not his fault but just an fyi. Also, I did not care for the music the last time I was in, it was classical instrumental remakes of popular songs. I laid there for most of my massage trying to figure out the song lol. I prefer nature sounds/meditation music over that.

Jacki is friendly and professional. She asks questions to address my skincare needs and recommends products and services that are relevant. She has been helpful in educating me about my membership benefits.

I had a great massage followed by this great facial. I was able to purchase Image products. The hot tea I enjoyed between sessions was delightful and the chair I was relaxing in was comfortable. The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.

My therapist is knowledgeable and listens to my needs, we have been coming to this location for over 4 years and are very happy with the services

The appointment was easy to make after I had received a gift card. I had to change my initial appointment and that was also super easy. The massage therapist was amazing! She did an outstanding job!

The facility is a clean, welcoming place. I like that water is available while you wait. My massage therapist is very skilled and made me feel relaxed. I left in much better shape with my tight neck and was able to move it more freely without pain.

The ambiance was perfect. My massage was fantastic. I wasn't planning on becoming a member, but everything was so nice that I did!
