My massage therapist, Julie, is always punctual, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Though, I wish her schedule would accommodate my schedule a little better. The reception staff is mostly professional and could use a little refinement on asking personal massage questions more quietly when other clients are present.

By far, Charity is the best therapist since joining membership at H&S. She is attentive to needs and very professional in her approach.
