The staff at the location in Rice village is very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunateluly the experience with corporate is very different in a negative way, called 3 times for help with the app not working, the agent on the phone were nice but needed to be escalated, the 3 times I was told that a manager would call me back in 24-48 hours, i have not received a single call vack. Finally had to pesonally go to the spa, the manager there helped and finally fixed the issue. All in all it was 2 weeks

It was our first time there. Place was welcoming. Our questions/ concerns were answered. The aesthetician recommended what was appropriate for my skin concerns. the most important thing was we weren’t rushed to buy the products like other places which I completely hate. Overall wonderful experience!!

All massage therapists were/are highly skilled, pleasant, see to my massage needs and wishes. The spa is clean, comfortable and a pleasant space. I very much enjoy my massages every time I visit.

I had been 3 years since my last massage. The therapist did a great job of listening to what I wanted and care to be out my wishes. The pressure applied was just right and I felt awesome afterwards. I will be coming back to get another massage again.

i really loved my girl ashley, i have struggled at the rice village location to find a therapist i really love and now i have. she did the perfect pressure, hit all the right spots, and i will be requesting her again.

Both Liz and Ashley are very good therapists. I realize Liz is leaving which is unfortunate as I'm sure now it will be more difficult to book with Ashley. I'm not crazy about the payment method that changed from simply having a card on file to now having to do a card transaction each time. It was far easier before. Also I think the tip action is cumbersome too. Again, as a member, my card is on file and could easily be used and tip added by the staff - as it was before. I'm sure I'm not the only person to complain about tipping. It is out of control for all of us.

Kimya is excellent. I felt completely relaxed. Reception are and receptionists were very welcoming.

Every part of my Hand and Stone appointment is great. When I check in, the reception staff is very friendly and kind and makes the check in/out process very easy. Kimya, my massage therapist is wonderful. She is very professional and always does a fantastic job. I have recommended her to multiple people.
