Missy was an outstanding masseuse! She listened to my problem areas and focused on only what I asked. I felt very comfortable and safe with her.

The reception area was comfortable & check in time was quick & easy! Kaicee was absolutely fantastic. I felt so comfortable with her, asked her questions, we chatted but not overly to the point where I couldn’t relax. I asked her about my skin/ products she likes & she was very knowledgeable. She genuinely seemed like she loves her job too!

The receptionist greets me by name everytime I come in. I am able to have great conversations everytime I home. It is super easy to book appointments everytime.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for several years now for facials. I typically always see Missy. She has always been so helpful and has contributed to the significant improvement in my acne and hyperpigmentation. I always look forward to my monthly appointment as a result!

How does one perfect perfection? The team at H&S are the best! They make one feel welcome and special. This group should be used as an example for others in the service industry. BRAVO to the leadership! I recommend this facility regularly.

I was very relaxed after my massage I had pain and knots in my neck and back. Tom was able to give me relief from the knots and pain. Looking forward to my next massage in 4 weeks.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist (Rebecca) listened to my needs. The warm massage table was pure bliss.

The receptionists are very courteous and welcoming when I arrived. Also when leaving they asked if I need to set up another appointment. The therapist is very friendly and makes sure I'm comfortable and if I have any problem areas.
