My therapist Heather is amazing! I have had this membership for over 3 years and have never had a therapist as good as her. I've never requested a therapist a 2nd time until now. I've already requested her 3 times. She is a huge asset to H&S!

The therapist was wonderful. Took care of my needs. I was very relaxed afterwards. Everything was great. From the front desk to massage.

Emily, my massage therapist did a wonderful job reading my profile before I came in and making sure there was a pillow to put under my hips and the heated blanket was turned on. I could tell that she took the time to read my profile before beginning. Overall, the massage was a great experience. The reception area needs tint on the windows. The afternoon sun is terrible in the reception area.

The reception area is nice, staff are friendly and massage therapist is thoughtful, listens to my areas of discomfort and is knowledgeable and has experience. Leave feeling relaxed, happy and satisfied

Brook was the therapist, she was very professional and my mother is 90 years old, celebrating her birthday, although my mom is wheelchair bound and has dementia, she was treated with respect and courtesy. I think the rooms should be more wheelchair friendly, it’s a tight fit to get in and out. But it was worth it.

I felt a warm welcome when entering. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Service I received was very helpful to my body.
