Don't like the pressure of giving gratuity. Gratuity is a gift to be earned, not an obligation. Publishing suggested tips framed and displayed at the reception desk that begin at a minimum of 20% takes the joy out of giving. Perhaps a therapist should be paid more equitably, not depend on a gratuity to make up the difference.
