This appointment I had no problems unlike previous experiences with the reception staff in addressing my concern or problems of pausing my membership or having more appt options.

The customer service is great. Nicole was very professional and knowledgeable of skin care. I had a Diamond Glow facial and my skin looked beautiful afterwards.
