The friendly staff, the knowledge that was given to me during my facial to improve my skin care routine as well as the knowledge giving to me during my massage to help improve my target areas of discomfort.

The therapist listened attentively. Throughly addresses my directions. Made me feel relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Will be back and make specific recommendation of therapist.

Angie was wonderful, great massage. Also of note, one of the ladies at reception (didn't get her name) is a fantastic employee. She jumped up to open the door for me, vacuumed up some leaves, was super polite to everyone. She clearly takes pride in her work, which is very nice to see.

I have been a member since Hand and Stone opened their doors. In all those years i can't think of one time I've been dissatisfied with anything - reception, scheduling, massage. It's always a pleasure! I have two appointments every month and always look forward to the visits!
