Love Bailey - Personable and knowledgeable. New Massage Therapist - liked her technique - not to rushed with my stone massage. I don't remember her telling me her name. I believe she is new.

I LOVE Chelle! She is an incredible massage therapist, and I’ve never had such benefit from an appointment before. I don’t think I can ever see another massage therapist because there’s no way they can top her. She deserves all the credit!!

My massage therapist "Angie" was totally amazing. I've had massages for much of my 70 years of life-and enjoy all Hand & Stone's therapists-except for "Rise"- who had done well with me a few times until the last time- hurt my ankle so badly during a massage that I let out a small scream. No apology-which wouldn't have helped anyway. I was then recommended to "Angie" and she was simply wonderful-kind, professional, educated-she'll be my new "regular."!!! Taylor is a wonderful receptionist!- kind, friendly, enthusiastic.

The team at the Dr Phillips location is awesome. A very welcoming reception and a caring and attentive therapist made an exceptional end to end experience. So relaxing I almost fell asleep. Just what I needed after a hectic work week.

Thanks to Bailey my skin has improved!! The hour is relaxing and am pleased with the result of my skin. Friendly staff - easy parking .

Michelle is great! I got the lumafusion facial, she did a good job of explaining how it will impact my skin. Loved the results but I was a little shocked at the price, though, there was no drop-down online when I booked my appointment to select the Luma fusion. I have a Lux massage two blocks away from my house and I drive 20 minutes to Hand and Stone, I really like the rewards program which is what is keeping me there as well as Michelle. It would be nice if Hand and Stone would implement a quiet sitting area after facials and massages, not out in the lobby.

My masseuse was great! She kind, and we talked through the entire massage. I enjoyed her and I'm very satisfied with her service. I'll definitely keep coming to see her!
