Ally is great and my favorite esthetician

It was a nice, quiet ambience. The front desk was very nice, all of them. They were very good with information. Both my masseur and aesthetician were knowledgeable and kept conversation to a minimum. I appreciated that and yet I did appreciate their conversation. They were very nice.

Great experience always from beginning to end

Jennifer is absolutely THE best therapist that I have ever had at H&S. I’ve had great therapists such as Vanessa, Tina, and Angela, but Jennifer is slightly ahead of the pack! She listens and does what the client asks for as well as she has excellent technique and ability too.

Kety, my massage therapist, was AMAZING. Her energy was very warm and welcoming. She was flexible with chatting/ connecting with me, then providing silence for relaxation. She knew exactly what she was doing. I didn’t even need to share specified areas— she was already working on them! I signed up for a membership because of Kety! I look forward to seeing her again.

The receptionists were friendly and Catrina was wonderful.

Over all people are nice and friendly. Better than envy. I have had both and hand and stone is better.

I have a high stress jobs so need these massages to keep my body in check. Delila really worked the stress bumps the best she could and it made a big difference. Also talked about the different areas and what she was doing so learned a bit too.

Love Bailey - Personable and knowledgeable. New Massage Therapist - liked her technique - not to rushed with my stone massage. I don't remember her telling me her name. I believe she is new.

I LOVE Chelle! She is an incredible massage therapist, and I’ve never had such benefit from an appointment before. I don’t think I can ever see another massage therapist because there’s no way they can top her. She deserves all the credit!!
