Oxana is extremely professional and always gives the best massages. I feel so much better afterward. I highly recommend her.

I have been a Hand and Stone member for the best part of ten years or more and I have never had to register a complaint. I have been lucky to have such an excellent massage therapist and I look forward to continuing my visits each month. I will be 90 years old this coming December and I believe these visits help me to feel good about myself. I look forward to every visit.

Katie is awesome!!!

Katie is my go-to therapist, and I was lucky to schedule an appointment because she had a cancellation. She knows exactly what needs to be done to get my body back in shape (prior to this appointment, I had gone to two other spas with little results). I learned that even tho the price seemed high I must pay that to see Katie who rocks!!!!!

I've been a regular for a while now, and upon request, I have my own routine that my therapist created for me. It's focused mostly on my back. My therapist already knows my favorite pressure, and consistently works great with me.

I had a gift card and they didn't pressure me in taking on any more options. The atmosphere was professional. The massage therapist made me feel very comfortable.

Staff coordinated a change in schedule due to health concerns. The new, oncology certified therapist was simply wonderful! Friendly, and very thorough and adept at the massage. I will ask for her again.

I’m satisfied with the overall experience. The staff is friendly. My massage therapist is the best for my medical needs. However, getting an appointment in a timely manner is not satisfied. It can take up to a month or more to get an appointment.
