I looked for same day or next appts online and signed up for cancellations. The next day I called “just in case” and someone had cancelled and I snagged it. I was so satisfied and price was reasonable and joined and the next day I got a call about a cancellation following day but didn’t need it. I was on a call when and heard your vm and then called back and left a vm when no one could answer. Your whole system worked well.

Dalton is the best massage therapist I've had at H&S. He listens to what you want and matches his techniques appropriately. He checks in during the massage to insure all is going well, that the pressure is what you want, etc. I've recommended him many times to friends. He's a definite asset to the Lake Oswego team!!

The technician kept an excellent record of my previous visit which was months earlier. She knew exactly what I needed and was very engaging through out the treatment.

Everything went well. I felt like I was treated really well during my session. I had a good experience.

Appointment started within acceptable time window. The massage therapist was skilled and put extra focus on the areas we discussed. The checkout process is always quick.

My SI joint is extremely tight from a minor injury. Michela focused on that area and used appropriated pressure, which I am sure was more than normal. That is what I need and will be back to continue the healing process
