My therapist was great n very friendly

I feel Hand and Stone is giving me the best treatment for improving the condition of my skin. Melissa and Nick are in tune with my needs and concerns. They always make me feel very special . And kudos to the front desk - as I was waiting for my appt ( I arrived early) I was offered a heated neck pillow and a hot chocolate.

The staff was friendly, Efficient and professional. Alexis in an excellent aesthetician and my facial experience was great.

From the time I arrived until it was time for my appt, the receptionist Caity was very attentive! She also offered me a therapeutic neck pillow while I wait. Very relaxing! And I loved that she informed me that they use a new pillow case for each client.

Excellent service

I have been a member of Hand and Stone for over 3 to 4 years. I have had Medi as my therapist who is my go to person unless for some reason she is not available. I sometimes will wait the following month if she is not available . She is extremely friendly, unbelievably knowledgeable in any aches and pains on my body And just does a phenomenal job with my massage every time !

i had concerns regarding the package deals and point system and the General Manager, Ebony, took the time to explain the systems and how they work. Christian, my massage therapist provided the amount of pressure needed to relieve the painful areas.

Tracy was great and so knowledgeable. The ambiance in the waiting room was fine but I might have been allergic to the fragrance as I could not stop sneezing once I walked in.
