I love the ease of making appointments and the convenience of the location. Aside from these practical matters, the ambiance of Hand and Stone is lovely and is conducive to relaxation. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and I have always been happy with the therapists.

The receptionists are always friendly. My masseuse Thais is always great. I always feel very relaxed after my massage.

My massage tech is exemplary: professional, polite, skilled, attentive. I feel safe in her hands meaning she respects my problem shoulder and does not force it. The place is always clean, sparkling, zen. If I could get insurance to cover the therapy - wow!
