My esthetician had good listening skills ... was very knowledgeable ... gave me very helpful info about my nightly face routine ... she was pleasant and gave me a wonderful facial

The facial was excellent and who gave the facial was very well educated with the products, procedures, and suggestions for my particular situation. She examined my face and I could not have be happier with her suggestions and will return shortly and will request her again. I also bought a product she suggested and am also pleased with this product

The overall experience from the moment I walk in from the moment to the moment I checked out. The receptionist was friendly and promptly checked me in and offered me water while waiting. My therapist started my massage on time and asked me what I wanted to focus on during my massage. The massage room was clean, the heated bed was a good touch, and the calming music playing helped me relax more. My therapist asked throughout my massage whether the pressure was good. Overall everyone was very friendly and professional!

I like this hand and stone. Victoria is very good and consistent. Everyone is very nice and helpful when setting up appointments or checking in.
