The front staff is always friendly and welcoming. My massage therapist Brenda is always amazing and very knowledgeable. I always feel renewed after she works on me. I always schedule with her and she understand my needs and gives advise on how to prevent those muscle aches, especially since im at a desk 6 days a week for 9 or more hours a day.

The therapist I had was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and talented. I feel it was time well-spent to get my massage. I have had different troubled areas, and he always addresses them.

When I walk in receptionist, greets me very nicely. They offer me water right away. Brenda is fantastic, I feel so relaxed when I leave. I book 2 months out

1st time customer…received GC for$189.95…couldn’t use GC for intro facial & save remaining value for a future service. Made appointment in person bc online response would not let me input GC. Day I made appointment, asked Recptionist if I can purchase $139.99 facial & save remaining for a future service, she said of course …day of scheduled facial I was advised..can’t do that…need to use entire GC value same day service. Yet. Lady before me was advised she had enough value left on her GC for today’s service. I don’t like H&S pricing policies…I had a GC given to me worth almost $200 & should have been able to spend it anyway I wanted. This survey is no reflection on the Kaci tge estechian , she was fantastic I can’t imagine a restaurant or retail establishment imposing “use it all at once” stipulations on tge GC they issue…so, I won’t be back
