Hand and Stone

My last visit at Hand and Stone was amazing. Lois, my massage therapist, did an absolutely wonderful job. I left saying that may have been the best massage I have ever gotten. Excited I have found her and I hope to schedule with her again.

Mikey Black is the absolute best at what he does. He is very knowledgeable. He is very attentive to areas you ask him to focus on. He is why I keep coming back.

I have been a member at Hand and Stone for several years. I always book the ninety minute massage sessions so I’m paying extra for the additional 30 minutes. While the massages are great, I notice that my sessions often end early giving me 70 minutes of actual massage time versus the 80 I paid for. This has happened with other massage therapists too and I think it is because they don’t have enough rest time in between appointments. If this happened just once in a while it may be okay, but this seems to be very consistent which takes away from the value of your service - your customer is not getting what they paid for.

Daya provides an EXCELLENT massage. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and competent.

I first went to this location when I was pregnant and I have always felt super comfortable there. My prenatal and regular massages have been some of the best I have ever had.

The increase rate in membership package is very discouraging …it should be back to what it was two years back else folks will drop out and get Groupon for other places monthly

Angel is AMAZING! She is kind, respectful and listens to where your pain is and proceeds accordingly. She isn’t too chatty, always greets me with a smile and makes he feel welcomed and safe. I look forward to our appointments.

Zai is an amazing massage therapist! In all my years, I have not found a massage therapist in Charlotte area that made me feel SO relaxed that I nearly fall asleep. Zai gets puts me out nearly every time. Also, the staff at Ballantyne have always been very professional, friendly, and courteous!
