THe people at the front desk are always helpful. My massage therapist is great I would go back to her again and again. The salon is always clean and the music is nice and relaxing.

I thoroughly enjoyed massage. I was able to relax and felt excellent after my session.

I’ve been to several doctors in past year to try and help with shoulder and neck pain. No one could give me a straight answer on what was wrong, after explaining to Ebony what was going on she spent time on that area and it’s incredible how she pin pointed the issue and amazing how much better I feel. Ebony was AMAZING better than any doctor!!!!! I was so impressed by her ability to help let alone her AWESOME personality and truly cares. You are very lucky to have such an amazing person working with hand and stone. She has me as a customer for life… Thank you..

The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was the clock ticking in the massage room. My massage and facial were so relaxing that I felt renewed and regenerated the next couple of days.

I really enjoyed the experience from the booking, to the reception area to the massage. All the steps along with way were pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for all you do!

Pleasant. Relieving. Relaxing.

I wasn’t highly satisfied, I was highly unsatisfied. The therapist used one hand for half the massage. Didn’t even touch my problem areas I asked to address. Give me a dry towel at the end instead of a hot wet one. I had to take the towel and wet it with cold tap water from the sink. I am really offended that I actually had to use a package for this time. I would not call it a massage. I actually had to book another massage the next day to address my issues. I would definitely prefer a manager to call me at (704) 604-9113. I have been a member for over 7 years and not once had an issues but I think this is something that must be addressed.
