I am very satisfied with the services I receive and the person that manages my facials. Only suggestion I have is to improve the parking voucher it only works for an hour if you come after4pm it works during the day if you have a two hour massage it doesn’t work.

The facility is always clean, comfortable and consistent. I like the options for drinks that are offered before and after. The rooms themselves are well-designed with hot beds and nice lighting and music.

The staff is great and pleasant, the atmosphere is inviting they offer you water or tea while you wait. I like the location and the massage therapist was great

I had a long time 4:00 appointment. I was called at 3:15 and asked to come in. I was in the neighborhood so I got there within 10 minutes. Then I sat and waited in the waiting room for 15 minutes. Neither therapist nor receptionist acknowledged that I had arrived as asked but then service was delayed.

I love my facials and massages. I think it is good value for the money.

The esthetician was friendly and made it a priority to inform me of her plan for the session. After assessing my skin she made some recommendations and asked how I would like to proceed. Very relaxing experience.

Staff are always welcoming and friendly. This is my third facial with Carlie (sp?) and I will keep returning. She is warm and friendly but not overly talkative, and I really feel she addresses my skin's needs. I leave feeling so relaxed, and my skin feels great for days.
