It's always a great time when I come to Hand & Stone. The staff are so nice and helpful. They prioritize your relaxation and needs.

The receptionist was very receptive and knowledgeable. The esthetician, Grace, provided exceptional services. She is very attuned to the needs of my skin, institutes step by step explanations for each product applied and its' benefits, recommends products based on improvement of tone and skin needs, has a very keen and comprehensive focused attention along with a compassionate listening ear, demonstrates and expresses a genuine care or the client. Grace is an exemplary esthetician.

Any concerns I have with my skin, she takes out the time to assess it and talk me through the process and procedures that will be taking place.

I come in biweekly and am thankful for my therapist. She is great and I really like the staff. They are awesome.

The therapist is intuitive and receptive to my specific physical injury/needs. appreciate her advice and suggestions for add-ons as they genuinely enhance the session and keep me pain free/mobile.

Appt was 20 min late. However my massage therapist was very nice. She was very professional about it. However no one told me. I was confused in the waiting room.
