The receptionist is always friendly, helpful, and willing to schedule my appointment for me. My desired date and time for my appointment was available and the receptionist was able to book myself and my husband for our desired couples massage at that time with our preferred massage therapists. My massage was relaxing with my preferred settings for the lighting and volume within the room. My massage therapist listened effectively and targeted the areas I requested.

Anna is fantastic, I will always have her do my facials, she is very pleasant, professional and great at what she does.

It's all about your people. The receptionist at my Fort Worth location is always friendly and efficient. My Massage Therapist (Brandon) is simply the BEST! His technique, professionalism, and, most of all, his caring attitude keep me returning to Hand & Stone. Regarding Brandon's technique, it is one of the best that I have experienced in many years. His pressure is always on track, but his caring and connection with my needs set him far above all the rest.

This is where I go for facial and massage. Have developed relationships with providers.

Tori was amazing. Her knowledge and expertise as a esthetician was superb. I was actually considering cancelling my membership however after seeing Tori I have decided to keep my membership. I will be seeing her at least once a month. She is a rockstar

Appointment was on time! Very relaxing! Everything was explained in detail.

Issues with H&S at these 2 Locations are that 80 minute sessions are hard to schedule and overall getting appointments are difficult.

Therapist was professional, and made me feel very comfortable.
