Hand and Stone creates a peaceful, restorative environment. The massages have always been great and the staff is very friendly. Also love that no one is trying to selll you on any particular product at the end of the massage.

While I was waiting for my appointment, I was offered water and tea and made sure I was comfortable in the waiting room. While being led to the facial room by the esthetician, she made sure I didn't need to use the restroom before the appointment. Before the facial, she explained everything she would be doing during the facial and said I could ask any questions at any point in time. She made me feel safe and confident that she cared about my wellbeing as well as doing her job!

I don’t normally get facials but I enjoyed this one. The therapist was great. My skin felt soft after.

Barbara who did my facial was so nice and let me know every step of the way what she was doing and the lotions she was using. I will definitely make my next appointment with her.
