Fabian was knowledgeable. He stayed focused on the areas that I requested. The cold stone facial was superb. I really like Fabian and his professionalism and will return next week for the same. I did not appreciate the previous male therapist I had here so this experience was a delight to me. Thank you Fabian!

The staff is very friendly. Maddy is great and I'm very pleased with my experience with her and her knowledge of the products that work best for my skin. She upsells in a professional manner and I never feel like she is pushing me to purchase anything. I love the new image line and received the extra 10% off when I purchased the face cleanser last Wednesday after my facial.

I had not been there in a while, but the service was great, as usual. Maddie did a terrific job on my facial, and answered my questions about recommended products and skin maintenance. The front desk staff was very friendly, and efficient getting me checked in and out.

The masseuse Nichelle was wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’m a therapist by background so I have a good working knowledge of anatomy /physiology and her techniques were phenomenal.
