Reception was very welcoming. I was educated about the membership opportunities and agreed to join. The staff did not apply a lot of pressure but just shared the value of joining. I am glad I did.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They allowed me the opportunity to ask questions and did not seem bothered by my lack of knowledge about skin care. Pointers and tips were given and well received!

She made me feel relaxed and at ease, which also being very knowledgeable about her craft and asking great questions to get to know me and my skin. She recommended services and products while always explaining her rationale and made me feel very comfortable throughout, like she had my best interests truly in mind.
