The therapist worked on my problem areas. He was very prompt and professional. He was always asking if I was comfortable & if the pressure was good.

Lisa exceeded my expectations. This was one of the best facials I have had in years. She gave me an amazing neck massage that left me feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! I would obviously highly recommend her to my family and friends…actually I already have! Thanks Lisa

Although I am a member of Hand & Stone at home, I was visiting this location. The staff behind the counter are friendlier and more engaged than my home spa.

I love Dianna. She is kind and very knowlede driven. She is the main reason I continue my membership. Rosie is also excellent and compasionate. She is the best manager you have had at the Bee Ridge location.

Mike my massage therapist was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get rid of the knots in my shoulders and back. I don’t live in Florida and was so impressed that I was able to make an appointment so quickly (could not do that in Virginia). Front desk was friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back to Mike next time I’m in town!
