Going to Hand and Stone is always a very relaxed experience. The ladies at the reception are super kind and Jelsey is tge best therapist I have ever had, no kidding!

Very satisfied with Judith. Her explanation of products used, understanding and explaining why she did what she did. Gave me advice regarding things I can do for myself. She is empathetic, patient and funny.

The staff member who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and helpful. And laura does the BEST FACIALS! I will only get one if she is available. I’ve had facials from other staff and I was less than satisfied

Laura is an excellent aesthetician. She went above and beyond to have my skin looking and feeling healthy. She informed me on what to use and what to not use on my skin. I am always amazed by Laura’s work.

All excellent service and quality

My online booking didn’t show when I arrived but the mgr worked hard to fit me in a did. I was in a lot of back pain so it was very appreciated. I was also very pleased by the available discounts. Massage really helps me but it is a financial splurge.

Laura is the absolute best esthetician I have ever had. My skin can be problematic and sensitive. She is always professional and knows exactly how to treat my skin so that I look and feel my best when I visit her. I have not found anyone who compares to her knowledge of products and how to use them for my unique skin.

Everything was Excellent...my only gripe is my monthly cost went up again without notice to me :( I'm an original member at this location and when I joined I was told being an original member my cost per month would never change... a week after I got rid of my original paperwork was the 1st increase and it has gone up 2 additional times sine then...not happy about that... :(
