Massage therapist spent lots of time on my specific areas I requested but still did a full body massage. I normally go to a specific MT, but she was sick and the replacement was great

My regular massage therapist, Michelle is friendly and professional. She is knowledgeable and cares for my general health and well-being. She offers ways to maintain the results of my massage and tips to better my overall health. The only concern that I have encountered is that the receptionists do not seem to have any knowledge as to how to redeem and earn rewards points.
