The assistant, Rebecca was extremely helpful without being pushy. I was a bit disappointed that I'd gone in because of the sale, but none of the mattresses that matched my requirements was actually in the sale. However, if it means that I sleep it will be well worth it.

The assistant Dec, was very knowledgeable about all your products and there was a good variety of mattresses to choose from, we were able to try and compare without being hassled but with assistant on hand to question.

The staff made me very welcome and comfortable. Nothing was a problem. They offered me a drink and made me feel relaxed

The staff where very nice and helpful made it easy to understand what I was looking for and in a price range that I had and not try talking me in to buying something I couldn't afford.

Andy helped us straight away, we told him our problems (aches seconds pains), he suggested we go on the sleep machine available. We had our scans and our results showed medium to firm. Andy took us straight to the beds available to purchase and take away that day. Andy did us a really good deal for a purchase over a thousand. He was chatty and very polite throughout.

Very efficient aerobics from Andy. Asked questions and wanted to understand our needs. Excellent

Not too much pressure from the sales team gave us enough time to discuss our purchases and made us both very confident with the products purchased

The customer service adviser was very helpful and listened to our needs. I attended the store in Halifax to help my mother purchase a mattress. She is 87 years old and relocating to a flat to be closer to myself and family. The assistant was respectful, attentive and provided good advice without being overbearing. As we do not have an exact move date we were able to purchase the mattress and provide an estimated date for delivery which can be changed if needed. I was impressed with the support and flexibility.

From the moment we went into store, fiona greeted us politely and friendly without being pushy, she was more than happy to give us time and then talked us through the sleep master I believe it was called, again gave us time and then showed us around the suggestions. We settled on the mattress nearly straight away, the store was lovely clean and had good hygiene practices. When we went to place the order the after care ie warranty and additional sales were put across very well (again by fiona) without us feeling pressured like you do with a lot of places. Overall it was a lovely, friendly service, great store to visit and can't wait to receive our mattress (which in current circumstances, the order time and manner of collection is also very good.)
