Andrew who served me and my partner was very knowledgeable and made the experience easy and enjoyable. Andrew took the time to go through all of our options with us and explained everything clearly. Also had a bit of a laugh with us. Excellent customer service throughout the entire experience

Natalie was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress available and was lovely with my 2 grandchildren who were with me at the that day. There was a very good offer on at the time of purchase which resulted in me getting an excellent mattress at a very reduced price. Winning all round

Andy who helped us whilst we visited the store was very professsional, efficient and exceptionally courteous. He knew his products very well. There was no pressure sales. He answered all of our questions and queries. We were in the store for quite a while, using the store equipment that helps to identify appropriate mattresses and then laying on the mattresses suggested. We were offered refreshments which was a lovely touch. The total experience was a very positive one. Thank you Andy

When I entered the store I was greeted by a woman she was as very helpful I explained I was in need of a good soft mattress she showed & explained to me about the sleep machine I accepted to participate in the machine bed match she then was given a list of beds suited to me by the machine she took me around the store to try these beds only one was perfect for me I knew it instantly she was very helpful & I feel she made it possible to find my perfect mattress she offered me a drink upon arrival & gave me a pillow for side sleepers which helped with finding a bed she was very knowledgeable & efficient with the finance process explaining to me the terms & conditions she was very polite & friendly with my son too she gave him some paper for him to draw on to keep him occupied.
