The manager (I think) Amy was extremely helpful, and talked to us about what Covid 19 measures had been put in place not just for our safety but for the safety of staff, which was very reassuring. She was very knowledgeable about the beds we were interested in and provided us with a tape measure when we wasn't sure if the bed frame would fit in the space we needed it to. She provided us with bags for us to put our existing bed base in for the safe removal upon delivery of our new bed. We could choose our delivery date which helpful to coordinate with when we're on annual leave I a few weeks. All in all 110% for Amy (she did seem to be working alone too!) and Dreams. Cannot fault the store (Lincoln) many thanks from two highly satisfied customers

Amy was helpful and explained everything very well throughout the purchase. The choice of price range and different types of mattresses was broad so needed explanation, but made sure that we could find something that we both liked. Delivery time was short at only 9 days, which was brilliant.
