He introduced the sleepmatch machine, explaining how it works. Upon sleepmatch results Andy proceeded to show me select variety of mattresses that may suit my needs. He was patient and provided very knowledgeable answers to all my queries to ensure i found the right match for me. His pleasant and professional attitude continued throughout the ordering process including making only relevant recommendations on additional products. He also managed to achieve all my needs within my budget. Throughout my visit i felt unrushed and that the whole experience was about fulfilling my requirements with nothing too much to ask.
