I purchased with my wife earlier in the year and was very satisfied When my mum of 84yrs wanted to buy a new mattress I took her to Dreams and she was very satisfied. The mattress is due to arrive soon.

Natalie was tremendous throughout, listening to our needs as well as offering guidance and ideas. She was respectful and helpful beyond measure. Her store manager (sorry I didn't catch your name) was equally helpful. We would highly recommend anyone to pay a visit.

Staff had in depth knowledge of products, the mattress analysis machine was brilliant and there was a good range of products to try

Amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. We were advised by Elaine every step of the way and didn't feel pressured into buying something that we didn't want. We were also given plenty of time alone so we're able to discuss our decision privately, without feeling rushed into any decision making. We have already told family and friends about our positive experience and recommended Dreams to them.
