Natalie was brilliant, understanding and had a very warm customer service aura about her. She took the time to listen to what we wanted as we knew we needed a new mattress but didn’t know where to start. She left us to browse and test the options given from the dreams calibration machine and did give us information if stock wasn’t on the shop floor to try. There was no pressure with selling, she was patient and took her time to work out the finance options for us even though we didn’t end up taking them. Lovely girl, asset to have her.

Staff were genuine in their wish to be of service to me as Customer. Most of the time I spent was with Andy. He answered all of my questions with depth and clarity and volunteered additional information that was also relevant. I was well-impressed with his knowledge about the products I was interested in, but additionally, I became aware of the underpinning ethics and core values of the Company, Dreams. There were many factors for me to consider, both the mattress and related products, as well as cost ( I am a pensioner). I truly was enabled to make an informed choice, crucially made possible by the fact that the old bed would be carefully and cautiously removed for me. All of this experience was most definitely enhanced by the amazing technology of the Sleepmatch. I shall most definitely be telling a friend of mine who, when she knew I was coming to Dreams, asked me to let her know how I got on, as she and her husband are also keen to buy a new mattress. Their existing one is 25yrs old! I shall happily share with her my very positive experience! Thank you.
