Dreams - Lincoln

Staff were very friendly and helpful, as a young couple who have just bought our first home, we had never bought mattresses before and didn't have much knowledge. Amy was very knowledgable and guided us through a variety of different mattresses and explained their differences thoroughly but in a way we could understand. I would highly recommend the Lincoln store and Amy as a sales advisor, her approach wasn't pushy, she went at our own pace and listened to our needs. Overall a great experience and will come back when we need another mattress.

We have not been to many shops since the lockdown restrictions have eased however I have to say, no others have had such thorough hygiene levels in place which is great to see. The staff were polite and really helpful. None of them came across as pushy to make a sale and we felt comfortable that our decision was made at our own pace and we were happy with it. After an hour or so, we left the shop happily with our new mattress on order! :)
