Andy was exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and answer any questions we had in a straight foward no jargon way. Very impressed with his customer service skills. The covid 19/social distancing was explained clearly upon entering the store and all staff were seen to be sanatising products constantly.

Everything was well explained, there was plenty of choice and Andy was very helpful and friendly. This was my first visit to a shop (non Super Market) since lockdown restrictions were reduced and I felt reassured at all times.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, as a young couple who have just bought our first home, we had never bought mattresses before and didn't have much knowledge. Amy was very knowledgable and guided us through a variety of different mattresses and explained their differences thoroughly but in a way we could understand. I would highly recommend the Lincoln store and Amy as a sales advisor, her approach wasn't pushy, she went at our own pace and listened to our needs. Overall a great experience and will come back when we need another mattress.
