As soon as I walked into the store I was made to feel at ease in the current climate I had her attention the whole time she answered all my questions and queries I had about the product I was buying and was very helpful

Andy (staff member) very thorough & professional, knew what he was talking about regarding the products he was selling. He wasn't in a hurry to meet the customers needs, listened to the customer. Wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale. All round excellent experience.
