Very pleasant customer service, knowledgeable, and very Patient, explained very well the function of the draws in the bed, even getting a bedside table to show how the small draw would open, but not a large draw.. the quality of the bed , and the reasonable price impressed me. The shop was very covid 19 aware and took all precautions to protect the staff and customers

Andy (staff member) very thorough & professional, knew what he was talking about regarding the products he was selling. He wasn't in a hurry to meet the customers needs, listened to the customer. Wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale. All round excellent experience.
