Staff extremely friendly made the process simple

My 5 year old son and I visited the Lincoln store initially to look around. The Covid prevention measures were very thorough and we felt safe and looked after. Natalie at the store was very friendly and helpful throughout, offering the sleep survey, and then going through the results with me, making recommendations and advice. Having visited Bensons for Beds next door, I was very impressed with the service and thus influenced the decision to return to Dreams later that day with my husband and complete the purchase. My husband was also very impressed with the service from both employees at the Lincoln store.

We were extremely Satisfied by the overall experience that we had. Andrew your Dreams colleague explained the hygeine routine and allowed us to have a look round and when we were ready he explained the different types of mattresses to us. We had a try on the one we chose (we declined the offer to try the mattress experience) but was very happy with the information that Andrew gave us.
