We entered the store knowing nothing about mattresses! We were greeted by Elaine who was extremely knowledgable and very helpful. We tried out the mattress 'sleep master' machine bed to explain which mattress may be best for us. We were then given a pillow (with a fresh pillow protector on) to take around with us whilst Elaine explained everything about each mattress and we tried each one out. Health and hygiene was fantastic and each bed was sprayed and cleaned after we had laid on them. Once we had chosen our mattress Elaine was then very helpful on explaining the delivery options (our house has not been completed yet so we were able to pay full price, we could have also just paid a deposit, and then it is kept for up to 90 days for our free delivery. Highly recommend this shop!

We were severed by Amy who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We were greeted when we entered the store and given time and space to explore and confirm what we wanted. We bought far more than originally intended as we bought a complete bed / base / headboard. This was down to the fact that Amy did not try any high pressure sales - she just told us the facts and left us to decide. Excellent (if not slightly expensive 😀) experience.

Andy was very helpful and had outstanding knowledge of the mattresses. Went through everything and showed me a wide range of mattress based on my requirements. The professionalism around social distancing was outstanding. He really listen to what my needs were and went above and beyond to meet them
