The service was outstanding, Andy from the shop was really helpful and kind, he gave as a very professional service. The store was really clean, they was care about everything. Overall are experience was superb. We can recommend the store anytime. :)

In the current crisis with Covid-19 we felt very safe on arrival. Elaine was fantastic, helped us to find which mattress would be suitable for the both of us and showed us all of the options and allowed us to try them all. Was very satisfied with our level of service. It took a while to see if we were eligible for finance, but conversation was light hearted and felt ease instead of forced. Would definitely go back to them for another bed/mattress/pillows/duvet.

Amy was a brilliant advisor, she provided excellent knowledge of the mattresses available and made me feel exceptionally comfortable whilst I tested the options. It made for a very enjoyable experience.
